Payout Options
If you win a prize in a Big Ticket drawing, you must claim the prize at the Etihad Catering Office located within the Abu Dhabi International Airport. The staff in this office are available between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Gulf Standard Time). When you come to collect your prize, make sure to bring the photo identification that you used when you bought the ticket.
Non-residents of the United Arab Emirates can participate in Big Ticket drawings by buying tickets in person. If you don’t live in the UAE, you can arrange for a cash payment to be made via a bank transfer. However, this process requires winners to go through extensive security checks. You will have to provide a copy of your passport, which has to be certified by the UAE embassy in the country where you reside, along with all your banking information and a letter from the bank that confirms your identity and ownership of the account.
Additionally, non-residents must include a letter that you sign confirming where you want the cash to be deposited as well as the original winning ticket. The final piece of required information is your contact information.
If you live outside of the United Arab Emirates and you win one of the car drawings, you must arrange for transport and pay any fees associated with the process.
